“Rabbi ashrah li sadri. Wa yassir li amri.”

Translation: “My Lord, expand for me my chest [with assurance]. And ease for me my task.” (Surah Taha, 20:25-26)

“Hasbiyallahu la ilaha illa Huwa, ‘alayhi tawakkaltu wa Huwa Rabbul-‘Arshil-‘Azim.”

Translation: “Sufficient for me is Allah; there is no deity except Him. On Him I have relied, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne.” (Surah At-Tawbah, 9:129)

Practical Tips to Increase the Effectiveness of Your Duas

Recitation of the Quran: The Quran is a book of healing and guidance. Listening to or reciting it calms your heart and provides clarity.
